State Senator Robert Ford thinks he may have the cure for an ailing South Carolina budget—video poker.
Lawmakers outlawed video poker in July of 2000. According to Ford, electronic gaming brought in $3.5 billion in revue before it was abolished.
We spoke to bar owners, patrons and local church officials to find out what they think about the idea.

Robert Ford what are you think all this will do is open the door for other gambling in SC and it would be only the low and middle class families that will play and they are the ones it will hurt the most. There has to be another away.
